The test questions below were developed by the Johns Hopkins University Hospital, Baltimore, Md., for determining whether or not someone is, or could be, an alcoholic.
If you have answered YES to any one of these questions, there is a definite possibility that you may be an alcoholic. If you have answered YES to any two, the chances are that you are an alcoholic.
If you answered YES to three or more, you are definitely an alcoholic.
If your answers suggest that you may be an alcoholic, you can begin to turn your life around now. See our Online Resources page for more information about alcoholism, and about where you can go for help. If you haven't found it already, one essential source is the Alcoholics Anonymous website.
